You are presented with a list of qualified shift-seekers right inside the mPloy app, where you can quickly review the entire Hospitality Pro profile and select one or more applicants.

Prior to adding an applicant, mPloy has confirmed both their availability and interest in the job so that all applicants are ready to work.

At your request, mPloy provides an online video of each candidate answering key questions that demonstrate their skills, personality and communication abilities.

The pre-recorded video interview can be made available for Job Seekers interested in working with your team.

As part of our profiling process, we ask each Hospitality Pro their preference for the type of restaurant job, position, location and preferred working hours.

In addition, we communicate with each applicant to verify their availability and current interest in your job. This helps reduce the high no-show rates that plague the industry.

When posting your jobs in the mPloy app, we give you the opportunity to provide a custom video that is posted with your business description where you can communicate the type of workers you prefer and the culture of your business.

Alternatively, you can upload an existing video description of your restaurant that will show in our app. We can even help you make it if you don’t have one.
